1 tsp Butter
3 eggs
1/4 cup half and half milk
salt
1 Tomato
2 slices smoked beef

Mash Potato
Ingredients
2 pounds of potatoes
1 cup of milk
6 tablespoons of butter
Salt and pepper
How to make
Add some salt to the boiling water and cook until the potatoes are tender. (About 15 minutes)
Drain the potatoes and mash by your method of choice. (I prefer a potato ricer)
Blend in butter and milk.
Season with salt and pepper.
